ORION ScanIT is designed for daily use by regular office workers. You do not have to be
an IT specialst!

ORION ScanIT delivers scanned, digital documents to your business applications.
Using ORION ScanIT enables you to scan, recognize (using OCR, ICR and barcodes), validate and export large numbers of documents and store them in several back-end systems, like MS SharePoint, remote servers or directly into users e-mail inboxes.

Works great with MS SharePoint

ORION ScanIT for MS SharePoint enables you to scan stacks of documents fast and efficiently and store them directly into MS SharePoint sites and libraries.

Stored for compliance and security

ORION ScanIT also enables you to scan all your documents in a secure ISO standard PDF/A format and store them on remote servers, network servers or backup storage devices, thus keeping them safe for compliance and disaster recovery purposes.

Searchable documents

ScanIT stores your documents as digital files (TIFF, PDF or PDF/A) and allows you to add metadata during scanning to help you find the document quickly when you need it again. You can, for example, add customer or supplier data and put this straight into MS SharePoint columns for retrieval. Or use OCR to capture data and create so-called Searchable PDFs.
